Because each item is personalized and made just for you, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges. That said, we want you to be happy with your order. If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, just send us a photo within 7 days, and we'll make it right with a reprint or a full refund. One small note: please make sure any photos you upload are clear and high resolution, as we print exactly what's submitted.
